Nor does it cover defects caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment, acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, and other natural disasters, which will be excluded.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall Insten® and/or its distributors be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. This warranty covers only the repair and replacement of the product itself. Insten® neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with this product.
